Whitewater Rescue Rigging Clinic
Could you rig a Z Drag right now? How about a self equalizing anchor? Join River Right Instruction as they cover a variety of rigging techniques. Starting with text book systems and continue to real life minimal approaches. This clinic is ideal for hard boaters and professional guides alike. Some knowledge of knots is helpful. Participants will have HANDS ON chances to rig systems with guidance of professional instructors. Participant space may be limited.

So you've heard that Asheville is the Whiter Water capital of the US and now you want a piece of the action but don't know where to begin. Join River Right Instruction as we go over everything you'll need to get started. Learn about different types of PFD's, helmets, throw ropes and other essential gear. Find out what the different rapid classifications mean. Learn basic terminology and river features to look out for! This is a great chance to ask all of your questions!

Knots for Whitewater Clinic
From tying your boat onto the car and rigging rescue systens, knots are as important as paddling skills. Join River Right Instruction for this HANDS ON clinic. They'll go over basic knots used daily in the whitewater industry. From Figure Eights to Water Knots participants will have a chance to practice with the guidance of professional instructors. Participant space is limited to 12.

Mountain Unicycling Trial/Demo
Unicycles aren't just for clowns and siblings that can't afford two bikes. The sport of Mountain Unicycling, or MUni has hundreds of dedicated followers all over the world. Off-road unicycles ride the same terrain as mountain bikes, only on one wheel, usually with no brakes. A unicycle trial is just that, riding trials obstacles on one wheel. Riders will hop, jump, balance and ride on a variety of natural and man-made obstacles. Unicycles will be available for those who want to try.

Come watch him scale up a tree at his demos and if you're feeling adventurous sign up for a hands on clinic, where you can get the opportunity to see the world from the tops of trees!
